PURPOSE:To contact a sheet with a magnetic head by stable pressure by arranging the magnetic head at the opening part of the second regulated member where the magnetic recording sheet should be essentially contacted. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk 11 is composed of a flexible material, contacted and pressured to a regulated member 10, thereby, deflected to the lower projecting shape and runs away into the recessed part of a regulating plate 7. As such a result, the magnetic disk 11 abuts with both armpits of the recessed part o the regulating plate 7, namely, shoulder parts A and B. A head 3 is arranged so that the tip can protrude from the surface of one side shoulder A, the rotation of the disk 1 is executed, and then, the magnetic disk 11 to pass through the vicinity of the shoulder part A slides together with the head 3, and the magnetic recording reproducing of the information can be executed. The shoulder parts A and B of the regulating plate 7, when the magnetic disk 11 is pushed down by the regulating member member 10, have the lease wear at the section of the magnetic disk 11, and are formed to the shape so that the satisfactory abutting condition can be kept.
