PURPOSE:To obtain the desired mixing ratio of gas at a high speed and a high precision in a device for mixing gas with plastic liquid component etc. by controlling a gas flow rate changing means through a measurement controller according to the mixing ratio of gas with liquid. CONSTITUTION:Liquid in a liquid tank 10 is circulated by reciprocation of the piston 23 in an actuator 22 and by a cylinder device 14 through a flow passage 11 to mix gas by a gas blow-in device 15. alpha and beta of a valve 18 are communicated to close a valve 24, a piston 21 is moved to the left to suck the liquid, beta and gamma of the valve 18 are communicated to move the piston 21 further to the left to reduce pressure, then move to the right to be compressed, the 1st and the 2nd set pressure are detected by a pressure sensor 41 and the respective positions of the piston are detected by the encoder 41. The mixing ratio of gas is calculated by these data at the arithmetic section 43 of the controller and compared with the target value of a memory section 44 and the blow-in quantity is controlled by a flow adjusting valve 36 through a command section 46, an electromagnetic valve 35. |
