PURPOSE:To make accurate and easy positioning possible by holding plural cylindrical positioning pins arranged on the lower surface of a pallet body between the V shaped abutting planes of a pair of fixing elements, and correcting the above pins simultaneously before and behind, and right and left to position them. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting means detects the arrival of a pallet body 1, an air cylinder 33 rotates a cam shaft 17 counterclockwise, and height positioning pins 6 decide the height of the pallet. A stationary arm cam 18 for vertical movement turns into a concave lead, and fixing elements 3, 4 are therefore raised by springs 12 to sit opposite to pallet cylindrical positioning pins 2. When the shaft 17 rotates further, a pressing cam 20 for the fixing element presses a roller 19 to rotate a supporting rod 8 counterclockwise, and thereby the V shaped opposite abutting planes 5 of the fixing elements, 3, 4 hold a pin group 2 between them to make their positioning. Thus the position of the pallet can be corrected and decided simultaneously before and behind, right and left without obstruction due to chips by means of a few parts. |
