PURPOSE:To accelerate the ON/OFF operation of an MOSFET by using the MOSFET for an inverter transistor, and inserting a semiconductor switching element between the gate and the source. CONSTITUTION:An AC input which passes the primary side filter 1 is converted to a DC by the primary side recitifier 2, and the primary side DC power is output through the primary side smoothing circuit 3. The power is switched through an inverter transformer 5 by an inverter transistor 4, and a DC power is output through the secondary side rectifier 6 and a filter 7. In this case, an MOSFET is used for the transistor 4. Semiconductor switching elements 11, 12 are connected through a current reverse preventing diode 13 with the gate G of the MOSFET 4. Thus, an input capacity between the gate G and the source S of the MOSFET 4 can be quickly charged by a PWM signal from a PWM controller 8, and discharged to switch the MOSFET 4 at a high speed. |
