发明名称 METHOD OF MACHINING INNER SURFACE OF PIPE MEMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively dissipate friction heat to the outside of a pipe material to prevent the temperature rise of the pipe material and a tool, by supplying a cooling liquid to the edge tip of the tool from one end of the pipe material through the inside of the pipe material. CONSTITUTION:A tool 11 such as drill, reamer, etc. is held by a chuck 13 of a tool bed 12 in a machine tool so that it is rotatable about the axis, and a spindle 14 opposing the tool bed 12 has a collet structure by means of which a pipe material such as stainless pipe material, etc. which is hardly ground, is held coaxially with the tool 11. The spindle 14 is rotated about the rotating axis of the chuck 13, and is moved in the direction parallel to the axis of the chuck 13. A pipe guide 16 for guiding the front end side of the pipe material 11 is disposed between the main shaft 14 and the tool bed 12. The rear end side of the pipe material 11 is connected to a cooling liquid supply hose 18, entirely through a swivel joint 17.
