PURPOSE:To prevent dust stacked on a shutter from being carried in a containing part by adopting the constitution that the shutter is moved on the outer side face of a cartridge case formed incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:The shutter 11 is moved in the arrow A interlockingly when a slider 14 is moved in the arrow C by an external member, center holes 4a, 4b and head loading holes 5a, 5b are opened to attain the insertion between the turning drive body and the head. When the engagement between the slider 14 and the external member are released, the shutter 11 is pulled toward the arrow B by the energizing force of a tensile spring 18 to close again the center holes 4a, 4b and the head insertion holes 5a, 5b.
