PURPOSE:To provide the titled screw press dehydrator preventing the adhesion of the solid body of the sewage in a cake, etc. to the screw,etc. and increasing the crushing, push feeding efficiencies, etc. of the screw by providing the guide member to lead the cake located at the second screw cylinder side to the first screw cylinder side which is provided in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The body to be disposed (cake) having high water content of sludge, etc. is inputted 5 and advanced gradually by pressing with the rotation of the first and second screws 2, 12 and blades 2, 12a. The cake inside the second screw cylinder 11 is push-fed by the screw 12 then and led in succession into the first screw cylinder 1 with pushing by the blade 12a of the screw 12 along a slant guide plate 18. When the cake advancing in the cylinder 1 reaches a cake cutter, the squeezing and dehydration are performed with its repeated going in and out between the sliding slide plates 10a, 10b and fixed plate 9, the cake is fed to the cake cutter 30 with its push-feed to the first screw 2 and it is fed to a discharging port with the same operation. The cake then enlarges with pushing the discharging port 6 against the force of a spring 8 to promote the dehydration further and the solid body is discharged to the external part. |
