PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which hardly causes changes with time, is low-temperature curable, does not cause migration of a silicone component and gives a release paper which can be easily peeled, consisting of an organopolyisoloxane, an organohydrogensiloxane (mixture) and a platinum catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. consists of an organopolyisloxane (A) contg. at least two aliph. unsaturated hydrocarbon groups attached to an Si atom per molecule, an organohydrogensiloxane (B) of formula I [wherein R<1>, R<2> are each a (substd.) monovalent hydrocarbon group contg. no aliph. unsaturated hydrocarbon group; 0.1<n/m<3] in such a quantity as to give a molar ratio of the SiH bond to the aliph. unsaturated hydrocarbon group in component A of 0.5-5.0 or a mixture (B) thereof with an organohydrogensiloxane of formula II (wherein R<3> is H, a monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<4> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; l is 1-1,000; k is 0-1,000) and a catalytic quantity of platinum or a platinum catalyst (C). |
