PURPOSE:To prevent an ultrasonic humidifying unit from damaging through low impedance of an oscillator by lowering a liquid load on the surface of an ultrasonic oscillator through an inclination or overturn of a humidifier, by providing a small through hole between a bottom plate of a tank of the ultrasonic humidifying unit and a main body of the ultrasonic oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A ultrasonic humidifying unit is constituted by fixing a rubber material gasket fitted to the circumferential fringe part of an ultrasonic oscillator 1 with a bottom plate 11 of a tank having a horn part 11b provided with a plurality of small through holes 11a. As a liquid is entered in an ultrasonic oscillator 1 side by passing through a small through hole 11a and the liquid is left in a space 14 even if the unit is tilted or overturned, heating of the unit without having water can be prevented and damage of the ultrasonic oscillator through low impedance can be prevented.
