The method comprises pressing corner pieces (3) into arch corner channels so that flukes or barbs in the side surfaces of the pieces cut into longitudinally directed ridges (6) in the side of the channel, thus achieving frictional locking. The corner pieces are of plate-shaped construction, with at least one side having projecting flukes or barbs at right-angles to the base surface. The greatest penetration of the corner piece in each case is when the flukes or barbs cut into the ridges in the arch corner channel side. If the flukes of bars are on both sides of the corner piece, greatest penetration occurs into the sides of the arch corner channel. |
