PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. having excellent heat resistance as well as excellent moldability, resistance to impact and chemicals, etc. and suitable for use as a molding material, by mixing a maleimide resin contg. a maleimide compd. with a (co)polymer contg. a diene compd. CONSTITUTION:1-18wt% maleimide resin (A) having a melt flow index of 1 or about, composed of 5-48wt% arom. vinyl compd. (e.g. styrene), 11-54wt% vinyl cyanide compd. (e.g. acrylonitrile) and 41-84wt% maleimide compd. (e.g. N-phenylmaleimide) is mixed with a polymer (B) having a diene compd. content of 5-45wt%, composed of a homopolymer and/or a copolymer of a vinyl cyanide compd., an acrylic compd. (e.g. acrylic acid), an arom. vinyl compd. or a diene compd. (e.g. butadiene) to obtain the desired resin compsn.
