PURPOSE:To prevent leftward and rightward oscillation of a suspension equipment due to lateral force by forming a fluid dynamic damper at the end of a rod member which has one of its ends connected to the side member of a car body and another end linked to the side member of a wheel and receives leftward and rightward loads of the car body. CONSTITUTION:A 5-link type rear suspension equipment 1 is composed of left and right upper links 3, 3 and lowerings 4, 4 and a lateral rod 5. The lateral rod 5 is installed so as to extend leftward and rightward of the vehicle and has one of its ends connected with an axle case 2 through a rubber bush 55 and the other end to the car body through a rubber bush 54. In this case, the 1st and 2nd fluid chambers 58, 59 are formed within the rubber bush 54 on the car body side in such a way as to face the rod's direction with the interpolation of the rubber bush 54. With opened communicating routes 60, 61 of the two fluid chambers 58, 58 connected with an external communicating tube 62, non-pressurized fluid W is filled into the communicating routes 60, 61 and the communicating tube 62. |
