PURPOSE:To obtain self-holding lamination formed body, high in the heat deformation temperature and the rigidity thereof, by a method wherein the liquid resin materials for an intermediate layer and a base body layer are poured respectively and sequentially on the skin layer in one set of forming mold to mold them into a predetermined configuration by crosslinking and laminating them integrally and sequentially. CONSTITUTION:The skin layer 2 is formed and adhered to the surface of the forming mold 11 by thermoforming process or the skin layer 2, preformed so as to coincide with the surface of the mold, is adhered to the surface of the forming mold 11, then, first liquid and expandable resin is cast into a cavity S1, formed by clamping first and second forming molds 11, 21 under the skin layer 2 is being adhered, to form the intermediate layer 3 adhered to the effective area of the skin layer 2 by the crosslinking and foaming of the first resin. Subsequently, the effective molding surface 29 of the second forming mold 21 is retreated by a dimension corresponding to the thickness of the base body layer 4 and second liquid resin or the material of the base body layer 4 is cast into the cavity S2 formed by the free surface of the intermediate layer 3 and the forming surface of the second forming mold 21, then, the lamination forming body is taken out of the mold after curing it and, thus, the product 1 of lamination forming body, consisting of the skin layer 2, the intermediate layer 3 and the base body layer 4, may be obtained. |
