PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent low-temperature impact properties, thermal stability and resistance to hot water and water vapor, by adding a thermoplastic elastomer and a carbodiimide compd. to a thermoplastic polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:1-50wt% at least one thermoplastic elastomer (A) such as thermoplastic elastomer in a narrow sense selected from among modified copolymer elastomers of polyolefins or thermoplastic rubbers obtd. by polymerizing a vinyl compd. in the presence of a rubber component having a particle size of 5mu or below, composed of a diene compd. polymer and 0.1-10wt% at least one carbodiimide compd. (B) contg. at least one carbodiimide group per molecule and having a particle size of 5mu or below [e.g. poly(hexamethylenedicarbodiimide)] are mixed with a thermoplastic polyester resin (C) composed of an arom. dicarboxylic acid and a diol or a hydroxycarboxylic acid, such as polyalkylene terephthalate resin. |
