PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging performance by a method wherein two sets of fans, generating two different air streams, are provided opposingly and a heat exchanging partitioning wall, consisting of a thin sheet provided with radial protruded parts, is attached between both of the fans. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the heat exchanging partitioning wall 17, consisting of a thin sheet and provided with radial protruding parts 17a, 17b at the outer peripheral section thereof, and two sets of fans 13, 14 are provided opposingly so as to pinch the central section of the partitioning wall 17. Different operating fluids 22, 23 are flowed through both surfaces of the partitioning wall 17 and heat exchange is effected by a temperature difference between the operating fluids flowing through both surfaces of the partitioning wall. As a result, heat exchanging area may be widened and the heat exchanging performance may be improved remarkably. On the other hand, the strength of the partitioning wall is improved by providing it with the protruding sections, therefore, the thickness of the heat exchanging partitioning wall may be thinned extremely and heat exchanging efficiency may be improved further.
