PURPOSE:To obtain a laser beam machining device which can execute focusing of a visible beam on a material and also can execute focusing of an invisible laser beam, by providing a visible light source for condensing in the same way, on a focal position to an invisible laser beam of a condensing lens. CONSTITUTION:A CO2 gas invisible laser beam Lc is made incident on a bend mirror 13 as a parallel ray from a CO2 gas laser oscillator 11, bent in the vertical lower direction by the mirror 13, and made incident on a condensing lens 15 of the lower part. Subsequently, in the lens 15, the laser beam Lc is refracted and condensed to a position of a focus F. Also, from an He-Ne gas laser oscillator 17, an He-Ne gas laser beam Lh is emitted, and condensed to a visible light focus Fp by a visible light condensing lens 19. Also, on a route of the invisible laser light Lc, a dichroic mirror 21 is provided, and the visible laser beam Lh is bent by this mirror 19, and made incident on the lens 15. Also, it is refracted by this lens 15, and an image is formed at the focal position F of the invisible laser beam Lc. |
