PURPOSE:To allow the plane of a lead-frame to be easily kept horizontal while it is being conveyed by configurating a device in such a way that numbers of gears are fitted onto two rotational shafts which are supported horizontally and removably by a loading frame so that each of directional positions for relative rotation can be adjusted, and the gears connect these two shafts. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal sections 11a of swing arms 11 are adjusted so as to support a lead frame 12 horizontally. So, each of cylindrical sections 22a of fittings 22 is fitted into a shaft, and simultaneously, both No.1 gear 24 and No.2 gear 26 are connected with flanges 22b by means of bolts 25. Then, the horizontal section 11a of the swing arm 11 is checked to see if it is horizontal, then, the cylindrical section 22a is secured on the shaft 10 with a set screw 23 at the position where the horizontal section 11a is kept horizontal. This is what is called a horizontal adjustment. Thus, this configuration enables the plane of numbers of arms 11 to be easily kept horizontal by adjusting the directional position of relative rotation between the shaft 10 and the gears.
