PURPOSE:To apply temperature control of a coolant with high accuracy even to a thermal load fluctuation over a wide range by controlling the number of sets of operated heat exchange units and number of heaters in the heat exchange units based on the temperature of liquid coolant. CONSTITUTION:A controller 21 controls number of sets of heat exchange unit groups 11a-11d in operation depending on the difference between the temperatures of the heat sensor 31 detecting the supply side water temperature of a cooler 1 and a temperature sensor 32 detecting the return water temperature. Further, a control circuit 22 controls a heater 14 provided in an expansion tank 12 so as to zero the difference between the ambient temperature in an electronic device 100 detected by a temperature sensor 33 and the temperature detected by the sensor 31. Thus, the temperature of the coolant is controlled with high accuracy even against the thermal load fluctuation over a wide range. |
