PURPOSE:To reduce bending stress by providing a clearance between the wheel center side of a portion of a vane dovetail connected to a moving vane fixing pin and the center portion of the pin on the wheel outer periphery of a portion of a wheel dovetail connected to the pin. CONSTITUTION:A vane dovetail 2 is fit to a wheel dovetail 4 and a moving vane fixing pin 5 is inserted through a common pin hole. And a clearance 7 is provided between the wheel center side of a portion of the vane dovetail 2 connected to the fixing pin 5 and the center portion of the pin on the wheel outer periphery of a portion of the wheel dovetail 4 connected to the fixing pin 5. Then, working stress of the fixing pin can be reduced so as to reduce bending stress.
