摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate any non-operating area so as to secure a wide dynamic range, by constituting a differential circuit with a combination of a (p) channel differential circuit and (n) channel differential circuit and using a current mirror circuit and gate or earthing transistor to the load circuit of the differential circuit. CONSTITUTION:An (n)-type differential circuit 1 is composed of (n) channel transistors (TR) Q1, Q2, and Q5 and supplies an electric current corresponding to the difference between a +IN and -IN input voltages to nodes n1 and n2. (p) channel TRs Q3 and Q4 respectively supply constant currents to the nodes n1 and n2. The 1st current mirror circuit 3 is composed of (n) channel TRs Q13 and Q14 and inputs the drain current of a TR Q11, and then, outputs an electric current equivalent to the drain current. In the same manner, a (p)-type differential circuit 2 and the 2nd current mirror circuit 4 are constituted. The electric current flowing to an output terminal OUT is branched into electric currents IOUT1 and IOUT2 and the currents flow through respective current mirror circuits. Therefore, this differential circuit works as a differential circuit to the full range of input voltages and an output can be fetched without distortion.
