PURPOSE:To make the changing-over of the time of an analog electronic watch with summer time functions easy by fast forwarding or stopping a step motor simply by operating a switch thereby automatically changing over summer time and ordinary time. CONSTITUTION:In the case of changing over ordinary ordinary time to summer time, a switch 46 is closed. When the time goes to 0 o'clock in the morning, the signal of a 24hr alarm 58 goes to H, and a step motor 44 is fast forwaded at 16Hz so that the displayed time goes fast. At this same instant, a 16Hz signal 6 is applied to a counter 80 and a 1Hz signal 14 to a counter 84. In the counter 84, 3600 beforehand is stored, and when the counters 80 and 84 coincide, the step motor 44 returns to ordianry 1Hz drive. To change over the summer time to ordinary time, the switch 46 is opened, and when it goes 0 o'clock in the morning, the step motor 44 stops; at the same time, the counter 80 counts the 1Hz signal 14, and when it coincides with the 3600 having been stored in the counter 84, the step motor 44 again starts advance. |
