PURPOSE:To execute the operation sequence control of a large scale automation system at high speed by using other device to control the operation sequence calling for high speed processing in the control of operation sequence in complicated coordination job. CONSTITUTION:A multiple unit controller 30 and a sub controller 32 reference the content of an operation management table 28, and when all unit operations for the completion waiting operation NO registered in each synchronous exclusive step are started and finished and all unit operations of the start waiting operation NO await starting, the unit operation of the start waiting operation NO is started. The multiple unit controller 30 regards a series of unit operations as one unit operation and the sub controller 32 controls the unit operation calling for high speed processing. Thus, the synchronous exclusive step subjected to start discrimination by the multiple unit controller 30 and the processing is executed at high speed. |
