PURPOSE:To enable to transmit an accurate signal by disposing adjacent wirings so that the directions of currents become in phase with each other. CONSTITUTION:When wirings adjacent in an integrated circuit are wired spirally, clock currents of reverse phases are flowed in the adjacent wirings in the same direction. Thus, since an electric field coupling between the wirings is reduced, the leakage of signals is eliminated to expect an accurate transmission of the signal. |
