PURPOSE:To prevent rapid increasing of a pressure within a water pressure iron pipe, by providing a needle valve control device which controls closing motion of a needle valve and a deflector control device which controls motion of a deflector. CONSTITUTION:A needle valve performs control of injection of water to a water turbine. A needle valve control device 8 slowly controls closing motion of the needle valve 7 according to the number of revolutions of a water turbine and a train break signal for a system. A deflector 6 is so operated that water injected through the needle valve 7 can be escaped to the outside of a water turbine 1. A deflector control device 11 controls motion of the deflector 6 according to the rotation speed of the water turbine 1 and parallelism and line break of a system. This enables rapid increasing of a pressure in a water pressure iron pipe. |
