PURPOSE:To inform the display state of an intermission or fault occurrence to the input side by allowing plural host computers to store the own operating schedule to a concentration and distribution equipment at each prescribed period and collating the stored schedule with an access request from an input device. CONSTITUTION:A concentration and distribution relay computer 9 uses periodically a host computer information collecting program 10 and an operating state service program in host computers 1-n to receive the operating state information. Thus, the concentration and distribution relay computer fetches the operating schedule of each host computer. When an access request to the host computer 4 is given from an input device 12, the host computer information collecting program 10 collates it with the operation schedule collected before, displays whether the host computer 4 to be selected is intermitted due to maintenance or the like or in operation and out of order, and when the computer is operationable, the computer is connected.
