PURPOSE:To expand easily a queue list by giving/receiving one queue list to/ from the next queue list when one queue list is occupied and using the queue list as the primary storage when a lot of information are received periodically. CONSTITUTION:Plural queue lists 6 are prepared, a queue list registration program 1 applies data number management of one piece of information, and when one queue list is occupied, the data is received/given sequentially from/to the next queue list. In setting a list registration flag 3 in this case, a list counter 4 during registration is registered, the said bit of a list flag 2 is set and registered in a list 6. In receiving a lot of information at a prescribed period, the queue list 6 is used as the primary storage. Further, in extracting the queue list, the list counter 5 is read during the read by the cue list extracting program 7, the information registered from the queue list 6 is extracted sequentially.
