SYSTEM FOR CHANGING REQUIRED QUANTITY OF MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To decrease the processing time by connecting a design change system and a required quality plan system so as to change automatically the required quantity of material. CONSTITUTION:When a change data of a component list is keyed in from a keyboard of a work station WS, a new component list NCT is formed based on an old component list OCT and the result is stored in a component list file. The production plan table is revised based on the old component list OCT, the new component list NCT and an order demand file ODF. The processed product model flag is reset and the production plan table is revised as to the component of flag-on corresponding to the highest level and each required quantity is confirmed.
