The bearing has a base body(1) with a vehicle(2), and two edge sections(4,5), each with a groove(6,7) for a track, and a ball channel(10,11) for unloaded balls. A pair of bearing tracks (12,13) are fastened in the base grooves, and each has a groove(14,15) for loaded balls. A wedge-shaped compression section(29) inside te base shield, presses the bearing tracks against stops(8,9) on the base. A track rod(16) in the base cavity has grooves(19,20) for loaded balls. Front and rear end shields are fastened to the base. Each has grooves to hold one end of the bearing tracks, and ball deflection grooves(26a,b), to connect channels in bearing tracks, track rod, and base. Balls circulate in the connected channels.
