One pair of hollowed pieces(10,11) is cross-linked by an assembly(2). Loading ball guide holes(16-19) are made in the projected pieces(24- 27), which are contacted with the hollowed pieces. A bearing main body(1) has unloading ball guide holes (20-23), which are made through the projected pieces(24-27). Side pieces(28-31) have a U-type hole, which connect the unloading ball guide hole to the loading ball guide hole and they are assembled with the bearing main body(1). Racks(40,41) are assembled to the upper and lower hollwed portions of the main body by the balls. Track holes(42,43) are made in both sides of the racks for loading balls parallel to the loading ball guide holes.
