PURPOSE:To permit the self-traveling of the captioned device by the centrifugal force of an eccentric weight without using wheels by installing a gear meshed with the gear on an installation basic frame onto a rotary shaft so as to be revolved in the equal cycle in the direction crossing at right angles, with the rotary shaft, onto the center of the rotary shaft having an eccentric weight. CONSTITUTION:A planetary gear 7 and a flywheel 8 are installed at the body edges of the horizontal shaft 5 of an intermediate frame 4, having an eccentric weight 6 interposed, and a sun gear 9 is installed so as to be engaged with the planetary gear 7 at the concentric position to the vertical shaft 3 onto the bottom surface of an installation basic frame 2. When a driving mechanism (a) revolves the intermediate frame 4 through the vertical shaft 3, the eccentric weight 6 rotates two times in the same horizontal direction during one revolution of the intermediate frame 4 and the whole apparatus is pulled in one direction through the horizontal shaft 5 by the centrifugal force of the eccentric weight 6. Therefore, a car can be traveled only by installing the apparatus onto the car such as handcart.
