PURPOSE:To reduce the damage of a mold even when foreign matter is mixed in a slide core part and to make it possible to detect the position where a slide core is closed, by moving a protruding plate having a cam fixed thereto by the molded product protruding operation for a resin molding machine and performing the opening and closing operation for the slide core through a rotary lever. CONSTITUTION:When a protruding plate 10 rises, a protruding plate 11 is pushed up to demold a molded product 16 from a mold. If the protruding rod 5 of a molding machine is returned, a protruding pin 13 is returned to close a slide core 1. Because the closing the slide core 1 is dependent only on the force of the tensile coil spring 6 attached to a rotary lever 2, even when the molded product or foreign matter 17 is gotten into the space between the slide core 1 and a mold part 14, the slide core 1 is not perfectly closed by the force of the tensile coil spring 6 and stopped to prevent the damage of the mold. At this time, because the rotary lever 2 is not also returned to a usual stop position, an operation rod 7 is not pushed in and a limit switch 9 is not operated and, therefore, it can be detected that the slide core 1 is not perfectly closed. |
