PURPOSE:To make possible the exact measurement of chattering by repeating resetting many times until two yoyo despinners are thoroughly detached. CONSTITUTION:A counter 13 is driven by the start signal from an OR gate 17 when either, for example, the yoyo 11 of the two yoyos 11, 12 chatters to a rise 1 level. The counting is stopped by an AND gate 18 and the time thereof is measured when both yoyos attain 1 upon rising of the yoyo 12. The counter 13 is started here and the resetting of a counter 14 is released, then the counter 14 starts counting. The counter is reset to stop counting when there is the stage of the signals 1, 1. The counter is so reset as to permit again the measure ment by judging that the state is not the true data unless the signals 1, 1 do not continue for about oen second. The resetting is repeated many times until the two despinners are detached from each other in the above-mentioned manner, by which the exact measurement of the chattering is made possible.
