PURPOSE:To improve both traveling property and operating property by providing a center differential device through which a proper rotary driving force is transmitted to both front and rear axles in accordance with a load applied to said front and rear axles. CONSTITUTION:A center differential device and a front wheel differential device 41 are housed in the central parts of a center differential case 14 and a front axle housing 17 respectively. The turning force of an output shaft 12 is reduced to a certain reduction gear ration by varying the combination of gears meshed with the output shaft 12 and intermediate shafts 34, 35, and transmitted to the center differential device 40. The center differential device 40 has a lock device 54 which stops differentiating function and transmits an equal amount of rotation driving force to shafts 49, 49'. The lock device 54 consists of a lock pawl receiver 54a and a lock pawl 54b which is engaged with the lock pawl receiver 54a, and a lock member 54c which is slidably fitted to the shaft 49'.
