PURPOSE:To attain to enhance manufacturing efficiency by dispensing with the post-processing of a molded product, by moving a sprue bush to the movable side of a mold at the time of the injection of a molding material to communicate a material passage with the cavity of the mold and, after the completion of injection, moving the same to the fixed side of the mold to close the injection port of the material flow passage by a cut seal part. CONSTITUTION:When an injection apparatus is allowed to advance in order to inject a molding material, the route of the molding material reaching the cavity 15 of a mold 1 is formed through the material flow passage 9 of a sprue bush 4. When the molding material is supplied from the injection apparatus in this state, said molding material is injected in the runners 16... and cavities 15... of the mold 1 to form a molded product. After the injection of the molding material is completed and the material in the cavities 15... is cooled, the injection apparatus is retracted and the sprue bush 4 is retracted by the energizing force of a spring 5 to separate the molding in the material flow passage 9 of the bush and that in the runners 16 of the mold 1 by the cutting ring teeth 18 forming the seal cutting part 10 of the mold 1. |
