PURPOSE:To construct a marine structure in a short period by fabricating composite materials composed of steels, concrete, and a rubber. CONSTITUTION:Composite materials composed of a rubber 5, steels 6, and cement concrete 7 are combined with each other by hard connectors 2 and soft connectors 3. By using a structure in which rubber joints are provided and water pressures and soil pressures are received by sloped and curved floats, the external forces can be properly reduced and the stress can be smoothly transmitted.
