PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time required, by restoring a set truck to its set position after delivering a floor to a welding jig. CONSTITUTION:A floor W1 is set to a set truck 1 at a set position A, while a roof W2 is held by a roof set jig being hangingly held by a movable frame 11 and roof set operation takes place. Next, the set truck 1 is moved to a welding position B, uplifting this with a lifter 8, and a side panel W3 is set to the floor W1 from the side. And, the set truck 1 is made to go down, delivering the floor W1 to a welding jig 2, and the set truck 1 is restored to the set position A. During delivery operation for this floor W1, the movable frame 11 is moved to an upper part of the welding position B, and a roof W2 is set to a space between upper edge parts of the side panel W3. Then, the side panel W3 is coupled with the floor W1 and the roof W2 by means of weld ing. |
