PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent hinge resistance and impact resistance and suitable for automobile connector, by compounding a polyester resin with a specific modified ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, a carbodiimide compound and an epoxy compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts. (wt.) of a polyester resin is compounded with (B) 0.5-120 pts. of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer grafted with an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid compound of formula (n is 0-4; m is 1-10; R<1> and R<2> are H or alkyl; R<3> is H, alkyl or carboxyl) or with the above compound in combina tion with an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, (C) 0.01-5 pts. of a carbodiimide compound and (D) 0.01-5 pts. of an epoxy compound. The component B is the one having a crystallinity of <=75%, preferably 1-35% and an MI of 0.01-50, preferably 0.02-30. |
