A liquid mixture of synthetic anionic surfactants of the sulphate and sulphonate type, where appropriate non-ionic surfactants or amphoteric surfactants with addition of a combination of a) highly polymeric water-soluble polyethylene glycols, b) one or more fat-dissolving solvents, especially terpene compounds, c) a builder and d) where appropriate a pH regulator, is used, where the pH of the liquid mixture is adjusted to 6.5 to 8 and where cleaning is carried out either with the concentrated mixture or with an aqueous mixture diluted to about 0.5 g/l to 5 g/l. The process is skin-friendly and is used for the manual cleaning of crockery and other hard surfaces. |
