PURPOSE:To obtain the titled dulustering agent free of flammability and odor and having safely handleable gelled form, by mixing an anionic emulsion of polymeric substance containing polymethyl methacrylate, an alkaline substance and a propylene carbonate substance. CONSTITUTION:The objective clear gelled delustering liquid is composed of 35.0-45.0 (wt)% (preferably 40.0%) anionic emulsion of polymeric substance containing polymethyl methacrylate, 3.0-7.0% (preferably 5.0%) alkaline substance and 50.0% (preferably 55.0%) propylene carbonate of formula EFFECT:The agent has unique beauty and clean feeling because of its colorlessness and transparency. Since the agent is a gelled substance, the staining of clothe and floor can be prevented even if the container is fallen by mistake in use.
