PURPOSE:To provide a reinforced plate composed of glass fiber cloth embedded in an acrylic resin in a state impregnated with said resin, having excellent strength, resistant to peeling in use by the application of load and producible easily without necessitating complicate process. CONSTITUTION:The objective reinforced plate is composed of glass fiber cloth embedded in an acrylic resin in a state impregnated with said resin. The sheet can be produced by charging a necessary amount of syrup of methyl methacrylate added with a polymerization accelerator in a mold made of tempered glass plate, placing a glass fiber cloth on the syrup, charging a necessary amount of the above syrup on the cloth, repeating the above procedures necessary times and applying a pressure to the mold. The glass fiber cloth is subjected to the pretreatment comprising the impregnation with syrup in a vacuum tank before charging into the mold.
