<p>PURPOSE:To make front and rear wheels steerable without any hindrance for engine mounting, by setting up an engine between tie rods for rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:Each of front-wheel tie rods 11a and 11b and rear-wheel link rods 12a and 12b is pivotally attached to an arm 10 tightly locked to a lower part of a steering shaft 9. Each rear end of these link rods 12a and 12b is connected to arms 16a and 16b at the inner end side of link levers 15a and 15b free of rotation on a shaft 4 being pivotally supported by a body frame. In addition, rear-wheel tie rods 18a and 18b are connected to arms 17a and 17b at the outer end side of these link levers 15a and 15b. And, an engine 19 is set up in a space part surrounded by these rear-wheel tie rods 18a and 18b and a shaft 14.</p> |
