PURPOSE:To reduce the variance of an output voltage due to the variation of temperature by with a simple constitution by providing n-number of bipolar transistors TRs whose collectors are connected in common and n-number of constant current circuits consisting of MOSFETs. CONSTITUTION:Collectors of n-number (n>=1) of bipolar TRs QP1, QP2 ... QPn are connected in common into a negative voltage terminal 2. Constant current circuits IP1, IP2 ... IPn consisting of MOSFETs are connected to emitters of TRs QP1, QP2-QPn respectively. The base of the TR QP1 in the first stage is diode-connected to the collector and the bases of TRs QP2-QPn in following stages are connected to emitters of TRs in preceding stage. An output terminal 3 is led out form the emitter of the TR QPn in the n-th stage. If currents flowed to bipolar TRs are driven by constant current circuits, saturation currents can be ignored by taking logarithms of the variance of temperature and the voltage is proportional to temperature approximately monotonously. |
