PURPOSE:To perform the position fixing of an insulator and a printed board or the like by opening the hole of substantially the same form as an FET in the bottom section of a recessed insulator and inserting the FET under pressure and fixing to constitute a discharging channel. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom section of the recessed insulator 10, the hole 10c of substantially the same form as the FET is disposed and into the hole 10c, the FET 8 is inserted and fixed under pressure, thereby the FET 8 is held and the bottom section of the insulator 10 is closed to form the discharging chamber 10a. Namely, there is the similar effect to removing the bottom section and the whole height of an electret capacitor microphone can be made thin and the position fixing to the insulator 10 and the printed board 9 or the like can be fixed positionally, so that an assembling becomes easy. Since in the insulator 10, a groove section 10d for holding the input lead 8a of the FET is disposed, the position of an input lead 8a as well is determined simultaneously with the inserting and the fixing by inserting under pressure the FET 8. |
