PURPOSE:To enable continuous production by casting a medium liquid for electrophoretic sepn. onto a base web adhered with spacers to both edges, subjecting the same to a curing treatment to form a medium film and blanking part thereof and part of the web then pasting a cover sheet thereto. CONSTITUTION:Spacers 3, 3' are continuously adhered to both edges of a base web 2 which is continuously unwound from the state of a roll 1 in the direction of an arrow A and thereafter a medium liquid 6 for electrophoresis is cast from a hopper 5 onto a web 2 in a casting part 4. The liquid is cured in the stage of passing through a curing casing 7 to form a gel-like medium film 8 for electrophoretic sepn. The film 8 and the web 2 are partly blanked by blanking mechanisms 9, 10 to form slits for supplying samples and thereafter a cover sheet 12 unwound intermittently from a roll 11 in the direction of an arrow B is pasted thereto and is cut by a cutter 13, by which a material 14 for electrophoretic analysis is obtd. |
