PURPOSE:To provide a polypropylene resin composition having high rigidity and excellent low-temperature impact resistance, molding flowability, gloss, etc., by compounding a specific crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer with a propylene-ethylene copolymer rubber, an inorganic filler and an organic peroxide, and heat-treating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:(A) A crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having an ethylene content of 7-30(wt)% and containing >=65% fraction insoluble in boiling n-heptane is compounded with (B) a propylene-ethylene copolymer rubber having an ethylene content of 10-34% and a Mooney viscosity ML1+4 of 15-80 at 100 deg.C, (C) an inorganic filler having particle diameter of <=6mum and (D) an organic peroxide and the mixture is heat-treated at 170-280 deg.C. The ratios of the components A, B, C and D are 65-95%, 35-5%, 2-25% and 0.001-0.5% based on the sum of the components A and B.
