PURPOSE:To obtain a pattern sheet having a deep three-dimensional design, by using a fibrous resin containing a heat transfer dye as a pattern forming stock material to perform composite extrusion and subsequently transferring the dye under heating to blur a pattern boundary surface. CONSTITUTION:For example, pellets of a plasticized cellulose acetate resin are prepared and a part thereof is used as a stock material for a matrix mate rial and the remainder is used as a stock material for forming patterns 1 while the pattern stock material is colored to be formed into a pattern sheet by extru sion molding by a composite extrusion method. When the obtained pattern sheet is allowed to stand for 72hr in a thermostatic chamber held 85 deg.C, a pattern boundary surface is perfectly blurred and a color becomes lighter with distancer apart from the pattern and a three-dimensional blur pattern is obtained. |
