PURPOSE:To obtain a molding material having remarkably improved moldability and moisture resistance and containing a flame-retardant in a state dispersed uniformly in the resin, by mixing an epoxy resin with a hardener and a flame- retardant under heating and adding other additives to the composition. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin is mixed with a hardener and a flame-retardant under heating and other additives are added to the composition. The temperature of premixing is higher than the softening point of the epoxy resin by <=20 deg.C. The flame-retardant is preferably antimony trioxide.
