PURPOSE:A dental adhesive composition having improved wetting properties to the face of the teeth, penetration properties into hole parts, shelf stability, etc., obtained by blending a radically polymerizable monomer with a specific organic peroxide and polymerization initiator consisting of an amine and a sulfinate. CONSTITUTION:A radically polymerizable monomer [preferably adherent(meth) acrylic acid ester derivative containing adherent functional group or ebur dentis affinity group] is blended with an organic peroxide (e.g., methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, etc.)amine having >=90 deg.C decomposition temperature to give 10 hour half-life, and a polymerization initiator consisting of an amine (e.g., N,N'- dimethylaniline, etc.) and a sulfinate (e.g., sodiumbenzen sulfinate, etc.) to give the aimed composition. Preferably the radically polymerizable monomer is blended with 0.5-20 wt.% organic peroxide, 0.1-5 wt.% amine, and 1-10 wt.% sulfinate.
