The sealing device(10) is used for sealing in hydraulic apparatus. It is mounted on the shaft extended outward from stuffing box(62) formed at the housing of a hydraulic apparatus. The device comprises a partition type drive ring(11), a conical seal ring(12), a sleeve(13) provided with 3 spring holders(35), a seal sleeve(15), and a front press plate(16) provided with 3 adjusting screws(18) for the springs(14).
