PURPOSE:To prevent the controlling of the load in the home from outdoor through the outdoor plug socket by connecting to the commercial electric power line of the transmitting communication device and providing the carrier stopping filter to stop the overlapped carrier component and the outdoor plug socket. CONSTITUTION:When an outdoor load 20 connected from a control terminal 23 to an outdoor plug socket 19 is controlled and the control signal is sent through a commercial electric power line 12 to a control module 18, a carrier stopping filter 17 is connected, and therefore, the control signal on the commercial electric power line 12 can not be received from the outdoor plug socket 19, and the load 20 can be controlled. The control module 18 sends the signal to show the condition of the load 20 through the commercial electric power line 12 to the control terminal 23, and the condition is displayed on the monitor. On the other hand, since the carrier wave stopping filter 17 is connected at the section of the commercial electric power line 12 from the outdoor plug socket 19 side, the control signal can not be transmitted on the commercial electric power line 12. |
